Love this company's deals - always an exceptional value for the money. My personal favorites are their "membership" deals for digital content.
I've scored lifetime access to items like graphics-creation sites, screen-capture apps, and a credit-pack for 3000 files from an audio site offering music loops, sound effects and entire songs (instrumentals). Those credits never expire. Neither does the credit pack I got from a popular stock photo site. At my age, these two are basically lifetime memberships as well. I use the content on social media, personal websites and blog posts. Such tremendous quality & value, available for roughly a year's membership cost for these same packages through the merchants directly.
It's extremely rare for me not to love my AppSumo purchases. However, my most recent one performed a bit differently than expected upon first try. And my reaction to it was unquestionably subjective - there was no quality issue or missing feature(s) involved. But after deciding the product was not for me, I requested a refund. It was literally issued within hours that same day - and, as their guarantee states, no questions asked.
You simply can't go wrong with this company. I highly recommend getting on their newsletter list if you don't already follow them. You'll be surprised at what all you're missing.

A MUST for solopreneurs! I've been with them since the beginning and they've enabled me to grow as a business. If you're a solopreneur or just starting out, appsumo is a must-have.

I am a regular purchaser of tools from AppSumo as i think it's a great way to experience new useful software. I had an issue recently where i had forgotten to activate software within the 2 month period since I had a bunch of Appsumo purchases I had made around a similar time. They helped to reactivate the software so that I didn't lose the few hundred dollars I had paid for it despite their T&Cs. This for me is an example of excellent customer service and appreciation of their customers. This is why I will remain a loyal customer.

AppSumo is a gift

The deals on AppSumo can sometimes be a bit hit and miss, but even if they are a big miss, the refund process - no questions asked - is such a dream.
I've changed my mind/not been satisfied with the product, but I have been refunded without any issues. In one recent case, I even tried the same product twice (had to be sure I wasn't missing something), and the refund process worked seamlessly.
Customer support is friendly, helpful and kind and always quick to deal with any concerns.
Navigating the comments/questions on deals can be a bit cleaner (the replies from the deal authors can sometimes get a bit lost when there are loads, but that's such a minor thing when everything else is top notch.)

I purchased the lifetime deal for invideo, and had what I thought was an issue with the software, they brought in support from invideo, and it was taken care of. Standing behind the sale, that's what makes the difference. Anyone can sell stuff, it's the after sale support that makes all the difference.

There are great discoveries, and the possibility of being reimbursed over 60 days really allows you to test the solutions. In addition, the support is very responsive and does not pose any problems.
